Our standard Minimum Order Quantity is 1 Full Container Load (FCL), which is approximately 12 to 14 metric tons for a 20ft Reefer Container. For first-time customers or test shipments, we can discuss trial LCL (Less than Container Load) orders or consolidated shipments depending on seasonal availability.
We provide full official documentation required for customs clearance worldwide, including:
- Certificate of Origin (C/O) Form B or matching regional trade agreements
- Phytosanitary Certificate issued by Vietnam Ministry of Agriculture
- Commercial Invoice & Detailed Packing List
- Bill of Lading (B/L)
- SGS or third-party quality reports (upon request before loading)
We offer versatile packaging options customized to your retail or wholesale needs:

- Delivery Terms: FOB (Ho Chi Minh City Port / Cat Lai Port) or CIF (destination port of your choice).
- Payment Terms: 30% T/T deposit upon contract signing, and 70% T/T balance against copy of shipping documents (B/L); or 100% irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight from a reputable prime bank.

- East Asia (Japan, South Korea, China): 5 to 10 days.
